Kelvin Gardner

Kelvin Gardner, Founder of Faithful Reliability, brings over three decades of expertise in equipment maintenance and reliability. His journey began in the United States Navy,
where he served as a Reactor Plant Supervisor, managing critical nuclear equipment. This role laid the foundation for his career in condition-based maintenance, which has since spanned a variety of industries.
Throughout his career, Kelvin has held key positions at industry-leading organizations, including Fives Giddings & Lewis, Bridgestone/Firestone, Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, and Amazon. At Amazon, Kelvin made significant strides in the field of wireless Condition-based Maintenance technologies, further solidifying his reputation as an innovator and leader in equipment reliability.
Kelvin's commitment to quality, combined with his vast experience, led him to establish Faithful Reliability. His vision is to provide industrial clients with expert maintenance solutions that minimize downtime, enhance equipment performance, and ensure long-term operational success.
